CEF Safe Savings Account make saving easy. Through intentional budgeting and savings we work with you to help you set goals and stick to them. Participants who graduate from our Opportunity Circles and meet their savings goal receive a match of 10% of their savings! Whether it’s for a housing deposit, a car, school tuition, or just a 3-month buffer, we’re here to keep you accountable to reaching the savings goal of your dreams.

Micro-Loans:

CEF micro-loans are targeted towards investments in small business, employment, or housing transitions. CEF loans are interest-free and individually-negotiated. Our loans emphasize small weekly or bi-weekly repayments, and incorporate even larger opportunities for repeat borrowers. In order to become eligible for a CEF loan you must first participate in either the savings program or the business training.
